ABSTRACT
Viola Rosalita “The Influence Of Employee Recruitment And Selection On
Employee Performance At Pt. Cindo Abadi Perkasa, Prabumulih City”. This
research aims to determine the extent of the influence of employee recruitment and
selection on employee performance at PT. Cindo Abadi Perkasa, Prabumulih. This
study uses a quantitative approach method. The data used in this research are
primary data obtained using a questionnaire as the data collection technique and
analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 26
software. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling with a total of 51
respondents representing the entire HR population of PT. Cindo Abadi Perkasa,
Prabumulih. The statistical test results show that the recruitment variable (X1)
partially has a significant effect on employee performance (Y), with a t-count value
of 3.771 > t-table 2.009 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The employee
selection variable (X2) also partially has a positive and significant effect on
employee performance (Y), with a t-count value of 4.099 > t-table 2.009 and a
significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The F-test results show that recruitment and
selection simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with an
F-count > F-table or 18.718 > 4.04 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Based
on the summary output model, the determination coefficient (R
2
) table shows an
adjusted R square value of 0.415 or 41.5%, indicating that recruitment (X1) and
selection (X2) influence employee performance (Y), while the remaining 59.5% is
influenced by other variables not included in this research model.
