ABSTRACT
Ayu Aaprilinda (2025): “The Effect of Compensationon Employee Perfomance
at PT. Cindo Abadi Perkasa, Prabumulih City”.
This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation employee performance at PT.
Cindo Abadi Perkasa, Prabumulih Citty. The type of research used in this study is
quatitative research with a descriptive approach. The focus of this research includes
whether compensation effects employee performance. This study uses a saturated
sampling technique and involvels a sample of 51 employee of PT. Cindo Abadi
Perkasa, Prabumulih city. The research data was obtained from a questionnaire
(primary data). The results of the hypothesis test show that the compensation
variable (X) has a significance effect on employee performance (Y) with a t-count
value of 6,057 > t-table 2.00958, and a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. The
coefficient of determination shows that the impact of compensation on omployee
performance at PT. Cindo Abadi Perkasa Prabumulih City is 0,428 or 42,8%, while
the remaining 57,2% is influwnced by other factors. The results of the study from
simple linear regression obtained the equation Y = 10,257 + 0,744x + e, and the
results show that compensation has a positive effect on employee performance at
PT. Cindo Abadi Perkasa, Prabumulih City.
